The Bimbler's Sound grew out of a group of runners who regularly meet to socialize, run and generally have fun. As more is known about the personalities who regularly run with us, a nickname is 'developed'. The lucky ones get to choose their own - the others get what sticks! You can check who's is who here.

Regular runs take place on Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday mornings, plus Wednesday and Thursday evenings from a variety of locations. Details can also be found at the Bimbler Sound bulletin board. From these training outings, our runners have gone on to compete in events from 5k to 100 mile ultras! So if you are a beginner, seasoned competitor or someone who simply enjoys running in good company, you are welcome to join us any time.
